CSV and JSON export
Keep your analysis in your hands.
Keep a JSON backup. Take CSV files into a spreadsheet, an internal tool, or an AI provider approved by your organisation. You choose what to share and where it goes.
Exports can contain sensitive costs and rates. Review files before sharing; keep backups and name keys private.

Can’t I do this in Miro or a spreadsheet?
You can map processes on a whiteboard and build calculations in a spreadsheet. Ursa Major brings the two together: work, people and estimates stay connected on the same canvas, so you can see which process a figure belongs to.
Do I have to map the whole business?
Start with one process you want to understand. A name and a description are enough to begin. Add figures and detail when they help answer your question.
Are these actual costs and hours?
They are planning estimates based on your inputs. Ursa Major does not track time worked or import your accounts. Keep your accounting and operational records for what actually happened.
Can my team use the canvas together?
Today, use your canvas in a team conversation to discuss the work, assumptions and responsibilities. Multi-user access and collaborative editing are planned; canvases currently belong to individual accounts.
